Rates
$500 standard rate/ $250 nonprofit

Permits and Insurance
Permits and insurance will be required for all events at additional cost.

Deposits
*Sound Ordinance Deposit - $500 / $250 - refundable if sound ordinance is adhered to
*Damage Deposit - $500 / $250 per day. Damage deposit is refundable following post-event inspection
*All deposits are due with signed rental agreement

Staff Fee
$75 per hour, with two-hour minimum for staff to unlock/lock plaza
*** Event will determine if staff is required for the entire event.

Admission Fee (for ticketed events)
***Due no later than three weeks after event
Ticket Prices: $10-$100; $1 to City per ticket sold
Ticket Prices: $101-up; $2 to City per ticket sold

Rental Agreement Policies
Applications must be made no later than two (2) weeks before event unless alcohol will be present; then no less than 60 days.
***Event must finish with ample time to pack up before gates are locked at 11 p.m.
***Gated events may have no more than 385 attendees
***More than 385 attendees requires all gates to be open
***Maximum allowed attendance depends on setup
***Glass containers are not allowed in event area.
